Find a Penpal

A great way to practice English and learn more about other cultures is by speaking with someone from another country. I write to several friends that I have never met in real life before. We talk through email, which is why they are called penpals. Although we have never met before, they help me understand more about their country, and also help me improve my Spanish.

The first and the second,but I have logged in the third successfully.However I don't know how to add friends in the third website.Hehe,I also create Chinese Class to learn ,welcome you to add it.I 'm the beginer to create it and don't know what i'm going to do next.In that website ,there are many kinds of countries foreigners.Thanks a lot. The first and second websites are supposed to be the more simpler websites, but I am glad you were able to get the third one to work!

Just explore the website––click on different buttons and see what happens. Even by exploring the website you will be improving your English. I hope you find a penpal soon!

Thanks a lot. But I don't look for A penpal so for. No person reply to my invitation.It seems difficult.

You must be patient! Sometimes it takes some time to find a penpal. If you want to speed up the process, you can write other people and ask them if they want to be your penpal. Search different countries that speak English and invite them––sometimes they will not reply because they are no longer looking for a penpal. But be persistent! Just send the same email to many people and eventually someone will write back.

Also, if you upload a picture it will be more likely that someone responds. But that decision is up to you. Good luck!

i remember that a few months ago,i entered a website that we can communicate with foreigners,but when i said i am from china ,many of them never said a word to us,i am very confused.

I think part of the reason some foreigners may not be specifically looking for a Chinese penpal is because Chinese is not yet a language studied by westerners. For example, in the United States, it's not common to study Chinese in high school, nor is it common to study Chinese in college. Most people study Spanish.

So if they are not studying Chinese, they cannot practice language skills. But there are people that want Chinese penpals! Remember to be persistent.

I found a penpal 3 years ago and I still talk to him every week since I've met him!

Don't give up Be patient and send out lots of messages!

yeah.i will try.Five years ago,i had a chinese penpal for nearly one year,we wrote to each other twice a month,but at last,i did not recieve any more,for i had finished my junior school.I regret not to tell him my new address.
